At the National Migrant Advocacy Conference, held in Milwaukee, November 12-16, 2002, Equal Justice Center Director, Bill Beardall presented the newest revised version of the Outline of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) as it applies to migrant agricultural workers.  The outline, authored by Mr. Beardall, has been through multiple revisions over the last fifteen years.  Greg Schell of the Florida Migrant Farmworker Justice Project, collaborated on this latest version with significant new updates and annotations.
